Launching “How to be a Leader” Program Under the Patronage of Egyptian Steel

The initiative of "How to be a Leader" program was launched at Ain Shams University to select the students who meet the internationally recognized leadership standards in the presence of Dr. Abdul Wahab Ezzat, President of the University and Dr. Nazmi Abdul Hamid, Vice President for Development
and Environment Affairs.

The event was organized by YLF-Youth Leaders Foundation under the patronage of Dr. Khalid Abdul Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Egyptian Steel Group, the Egyptian Telecommunications Company "WE" and sponsored by ON Channel Network.

The aim of the project is to introduce the students who have the leadership characteristics to the institution's program. The students fill the form which is the first step in the leadership program to determine their leadership abilities. The initiative will continue its tours to the university’s faculties to meet the largest number of Ain Shams university students.

The representatives of the YLF-Youth Leaders Foundation were also represented by Najla Nasir, Head of Corporate Responsibility Sector at Egypt Telecom Company (WE) and Mai Abou Hashima, Head of Marketing and Public Relations at Egyptian Steel Group.

The University of Ain Shams is the first station of the targeted public universities by the Youth Leaders Foundation to select the young calibers to implement the leaders program and the initiative will take place in other governmental and private universities in all governorates of the Republic.

Ahmed Fathi, Founder and Executive Director of the Foundation, stressed that the role of the Youth Leaders Foundation is to seek young leaders within Egyptian universities to develop their practical and theoretical capabilities using the latest internationally recognized assessment and development tools to achieve real and sustainable development in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
