“SIAC” is to execute “Egyptian Steel” plant in Ain Sokhna with LE220 million

“SIAC” company for construction succeeded to set up “Egyptian Steel” plant in Ain Sokhna, after a competition with Orascom Construction Industries and Petrojet.

Eng. Ahmed Abdul Latif, Head of Business Development at SIAC Industrial Construction and Engineering Company declared that the company had signed a contract to construct the new Egyptian Steel plant in Ain Sokhna by the end of that current week for the implementation of all civil, power lines, water, gas and cooling works.

“The value of the contract of civil works implementation amounted to LE220 million and “SIAC” is expected to receive the worksite whose area is 300 thousand meters within the next week, provided the project execution shall start by the beginning of 2013 and the execution will take two years,” Abdul Latif said in statements to “El-Boursa.”
