The Recruitment process

Every journey starts with a single step.
Step 1: The Application

Step 2: Our Response
We are committed to an efficient hiring process and will respond to promising candidates within a reasonable timeframe. Due to the volume of applicants, we can only contact shortlisted applicants. Step 3: The Interview
Our HR staff and division managers have developed a rigorous interview process. The interview helps us determine if you possess the qualities required for success at Egyptian Steel and, if you are selected for a position, provides a basis upon which we will prepare and place you to best advance your career within the firm.
 
Step 4: The Offer
If you are chosen to join the firm, we will make you a competitive offer of employment and specify an appropriate deadline for your response.
